Spring Cleaning ’09

What do you want? We want information…Well, you’ll get it!

Welcome to the decidedly un-fancy information page for Spring Cleaning ’09, in which I will attempt to answer all of your questions before you have asked them and magically move your cursor into clickable range of the buy now button. That is, presuming this is the right thing for you, which is what this page is all about…finding out if this is the right thing for you! And what is “this”? Well then, I’m glad you asked!

Think of Spring Cleaning as a tune-up for your digestive system, which is home to the greater part of your immune system, that thing that keeps you  healthy and perky and happy all the other y’s that we know and love!

There are lot’s of great metaphors for the Spring Cleanse:

  • Changing the oil in your car
  • Cleaning out the back of the refrigerator
  • Living off the fat of the land

I’ll think of more over the coming days so bookmark this page in order to come back often and check out the changes!

My favorite way to think about Spring Cleaning

Well, it’s just like spring cleaning! You know how you have those daily and weekly activities like doing the dishes and sweeping the house and taking out the garbage? and then once or twice a year you need to get a bit more intensive? Like when you open the windows after a long winter and there’s all that dirt that collected in that part you couldn’t see until you opened the window? Or the dust on the baseboards that is starting to become visible now that there is actually some light coming in the windows?

And especially, think of all that stuff in the basement that has been collecting dust for a year now and really needs to begone through and either sorted and then properly stored, put together for a yard sale, or placed out on the curb for those long suffering sanitation engineers to cart away. Yep. It has been said many times before today, the body is like a house. And just like your house, from time to time your body needs a good deep cleaning.

  • So if you don’t have a maid or a cleaning person to do it for you.
  • If you’re not addicted to diet pills and doing it all for yourself, every day!
  • If the time has come to crack open the windows and let the sun shine in!

Then this may just be the time to take a week and focus your diet in a way that will clear away all of your little internal cobwebs and dust mice and little old rolled up dead millipedes. yuck!

Spring comes but once a year!

And ipso facto (just because i don’t have any fancy graphics don’t mean i can’t use the fancy words!) there is only one opportunity each year to participate in a rocking Spring Cleaning! And this is it! So let me tell you a bit more about what I am putting together for you this year.
