three steps backward

after the profound intensity of last week’s healing agent, holding a vision of myself in wholeness and light, it is with great relief, premature though it may be, that i announce the triad of themes that i have in mind for the remainder of this month, including my theme for this week, which is to wrap up old business, which will be followed next week by settle old accounts, leaving heal old wounds to get us through the end of the month.

given that the energy of the rest of january is going to be the energy of looking backward, following the retrograde motion of mercury in case you are wondering how i come up with these things, it’s probably best not to look forward at the second half of the month just yet, and rather settle in on what is in front of us this week. now, whether you take astrology seriously or not, (and personally i take it with great levity, which i consider to be superior to seriousness in almost all cases) the beginning of any year is actually a great time to do a bit of looking backward, especially once you have created a vision of where you want to go for the next twelve months.

after all, what better way to judge where you actually are than to look at where you’ve been and see how much of what you started you actually finished! and how much of what you haven’t yet finished needs to be taken care of before you can get along with your vision for the coming year. not to mention that the sooner you gather up your tax records the sooner you can decide whether or not it is going to be advantageous to file early or late!

wrap it up!

so for myself, this next week is going to be prime time to look at those two paper sacks full of little pieces of paper in half opened envelopes, get together with the lawyer who helped me set up my llc in order to figure out what i need to do to be complete with that setup, and tromp through my various things boxes in order to see which of the projects i’m behind on actually call out to me at this point in time, and which can safely be left in the someday category.

normally that would seem like an awful lot to get done in a mere seven days, especially given that it is the accumulation of a year or more. and yet…when the energies are right, and when you’ve got some super secret weapons (thanks havi!), miracles can happen! and that’s what i am praying for this week! hallelujah absolutely!

brevity is the brother of levity

so there we go! short and to the point! (ha!) (the exclamation point, that is!)

and what about you? what little unfinished monsters are eating up your psychic space? what oldy moldy projects can you shed some light to create some clarity for the year to come? talk amongst yourselves, now…i’ve got some paper to recycle!

Great turnaround, both in hitting your mmm schedule, and in tying your tasks to the world. Will you come over and do a few of my paper sacks when your finished?
